Agenda 2030: Why 5G is the Linchpin for Enslavement

The Agenda: Their Vision | Your Future is feature-length, independent documentary produced by Mark Sharman and Oracle Films: it chronicles how powerful and super wealthy organisations and individuals with ambitions to control and enslave humanity, now have the tools to achieve these objectives. The plan is for surveillance, artificial intelligence (AI), digital identities and central bank digital currencies (CBDC) to be implemented for social control of our lives, minds and consciousness. It explains the digital prison that awaits us if we do not push back. The food you eat, energy, travel and money and access to the internet could be controlled and limited under this one-world government regime. At the centre of this control is manmade climate change and the push to achieve Net Zero. In this Substack, we take a deep dive into this 2-hour film and explain that the overarching tool for ultimate surveillance and control of humanity is the rollout of 5G technology.
It begins with Aldous Huxley’s novel Brave New World, which chronicles the dehumanisation of human beings and a dystopian future under the dictatorship of a world state, where every aspect of human life is controlled – from laboratory ‘creation’ to the grave. His story was fantasy but he later wrote: “The prophecies made in 1931 are coming true much sooner than I thought they would. The nightmare of total organisation has emerged…and is now awaiting us just around the next corner.” In Huxley’s dystopia, man has been subordinated to science, technology and social organisation. These creations cease to serve man, and have become his masters. Fast-forward to 2025, and the World Economic Forum (WEF)-associated Yuval Noah Harari laments that “we now have the technology and the software of computers that can be linked to all the bodies and brains in a way where they would be connected together in a network: you won’t be able to survive, if you are disconnected from the net”. Klaus Schwab, co-Founder of the WEF says: “All life on earth is going to be radically changed. It is the fusion of the physical, the digital, and the biological world”.
Beware Digital ID
Those in control are so brazen they are openly anti-human. Every human action will be logged and monitored through a digital ID under the guise of environmental concerns. Once the digital ID is in place, it is game over for humanity! The technocracy movement was conceived in the USA, in the 1930s, whereby the population would be governed by selected ‘experts’, scientists and academics, rather than a democracy. These engineers and scientists from Columbia University promoted a replacement for capitalism and free enterprise based on resources and ultimate control over energy. Their definition was clear: “The advance of technology on the North America continent through the ever increasing use of extraneous (other than human) energy is bringing about the first major social change in history. Technocracy is not agitating for this change; it is preparing for it.” Technocracy is the science of social engineering, the scientific operation of the entire social mechanism to produce and distribute goods and services to the entire population.
While the movement was short-lived, the principle never died. The lust to control human beings is a story as long as the beginning of time. A stranglehold on policy and resources has always been the ambition of the powerful oligarchs behind many of today’s world institutions. The world of globalisation and centralisation is upon us, with the controllers being unelected officials at supranational organisations. The controllers want all of the resources of the world in their pocket. The writing is all over the walls of the WEF website. Welcome to Agenda 2030, predictions that include: “You will own nothing, but you will be happy”. There is an ongoing attempt underway to collapse liberal democracy, and replace it with global technocracy. The transnational ruling class is at war with the rest of humanity.
In this coup, they are transferring power from parliament and the legislative branches and consolidating it into a monetary system, which will have complete control. That control is entirely achievable because the would-be controllers have the tools to execute this plan. This involves establishing digital IDs and total surveillance through 5G technology (see below) AI, and CBDC. What we can buy, what we eat, where we travel, where (and how) we live will be dictated by a one-world government. You might think this is a grand conspiracy theory, but this term has become the most successful propaganda slogan in closing down discussion and debate, and is a surprisingly effective thought-terminating cliche. The global take-over is already happening, and is decades in the making. The plan is to commandeer land, reduce farming, radically change the food we eat, limit the supply of electricity, and dictate how we use it. Replace currency with a system of credits under ‘globalist’ control. Crucially, all three strategies are predicated on the climate crisis caused by carbon dioxide. The carbon and climate narrative is a gigantic lie and political manoeuvre to establish their ‘brave new world’.
The Digital Prison
Government agencies and private sector players have programs to create smart contracts – the ultimate slavery system. CBDCs would be served by the central banks, such as the Federal Reserve, and the Bank of England, signalling the end of cash. Every transaction would be held on a permanent database (blockchain). The Central Bank will have absolute control and enforce the rules and regulations. Information on every detail of our lives from transport to healthcare will be monitored, stored and monetized. Through technology, they are developing a means for consumers to measure their own ‘carbon footprint’, which is totalitarian control, and part of the digital concentration camp.
Aman Jabbi, a science engineer at the forefront of digital development recognised the dark side of surveillance technology. Facial recognition is a technique used to uniquely identify biometrics of the face. All devices, such as your smartphone, have a 3D-camera module on the front with a near-infrared projector, which projects tens of thousands of invisible dots on your face; those dots are then distorted, based on the contours and features of your face. A near-infrared camera takes pictures of that distortion, captures and then reverse engineers the exact profile of your face. Facial recognition will be used to unlock your digital identity. You are never alone in your home: Amazon’s Alexa, and all smart appliances have cameras and are connected on a wireless network. Everything is monitored all the time, and all smart appliances communicate with smart meters, sending real-time usage data to the WiFi network. A mesh-type network is formed as all devices are tracking and sending data to super servers. The critical switch is the introduction of the Digital ID and the CBDC. This is based on a simple principle of ‘never trust’ instead ‘always verify’. So we are going from a world of implicit allow to default deny.
Surveillance Via Wireless Networks
Whenever you travel, all smart technologies, enabled through 5G, capture your data and track you through the wireless network. Data on every human is being collected on your 24/7 within these wireless networks. The plan is to ‘lock up’ humanity in Smart Cities. Local state governments naively believe Smart Cities are about sustainability; however, the language of White Papers published by the United Nations (UN) and WEF is inverted. Water management is really about water rationing. Noise pollution is really about speech surveillance. Air quality and traffic monitoring is really about mobility tracking (no car ownership), and energy management is to ration gas, electricity and heat. Another concept is geofencing, which is already inbuilt into all modern vehicles, creating an invisible fence preventing you going beyond a certain point. This is related to your facial recognition, identity and access control. Under smart contracts they can turn off your digital currency if you are a certain point from your house. Our world has been turned into a digital panopticon.
Once Digital IDs and default deny is implemented, everything will be behind closed doors that will only be unlocked through facial recognition. Access may only be permitted if you have sufficient carbon credits in your digital currency connected to your digital identity. If you have reached the limit of your allowance, access could be denied for fuel, travel, meat and dairy products, clothes and other consumer goods. In China, all people are given a mark out of a possible 950 points. For now, the number serves as a bank credit rating that tracks everyone’s spending habits. If you think this is not possible elsewhere, why are so many cameras, telecommunication masts, and 5G technologies being installed? In Oxford, planter barriers were introduced by the council under the 15-minute City Plan. They were removed following protests; however, surveillance cameras are everywhere. In London, and other major cities, facial recognition surveillance is everywhere, and it is being tested in railway stations to collect travellers data.
The Master Plan
We are being manipulated by a small group of individuals who believe that the world needs top-down control for maximum efficiency. This involves the destruction of the farming industry, in favour of laboratory foods and a shortage of electricity because of the race to Net Zero. The blueprint for the plan to impoverish everyday people is woven into the UN 2030 Agenda of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In September 2024, New York City was the setting for the UN Summit of The Future, a gathering of member nations to reinforce and accelerate Agenda 2030 and the 17 SDGs. These broad-spectrum goals appear worthy, but under scrutiny a darker theme emerges – the goals are Orwellian double speak. When they discuss transparency, the real plan is to eliminate your privacy. Beyond the marketing slogans, is a blank cheque for totalitarian control. What can be measured can be managed, and ultimately monetized. All wealth historically has come out of the ground: global natural assets are estimated to be worth $5 quadrillion. The goal is to capture the physical resources of the world through the Global Commons Alliance.
Follow the Money
The Global Commons Alliance is a sponsored project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. The financial kingpins have long seen themselves as ultimate masters. They manipulate global affairs through institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and The World Bank. Mark Bloomberg (special envoy of the UN) and Mark Carney, former Governor of the Bank of England, and UN Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance, have called for a new global monetary system. Larry Fink is the boss of BlackRock, the world’s largest asset management company, and a board member of the WEF. He has driven the UN goals through investment strategies for the past 20 years, and predicts that by 2030, data centres will use 30 times more power than a single city. All three are principals of the Glasgow Finance Alliance for Net Zero. The Green Economy is worth trillions to corporations and investors alike. The race to reach Net Zero will have a devastating effect on our lives as global policies and the march of global corporations accelerate.
Event 201 and Covid
How significant was the global response to Covid-19? Consider the events at Jackson Hole, Wyoming in September 2019, only 3 months before Covid. Mark Carney delivered his call for change, dealing with the next downturn: from unconventional monetary policy to unprecedented policy coordination. In the document, Blackrock proposed a new financial mechanism, called ‘Going Direct by Country’ which allowed central banks to channel capital directly to large corporations. Central bankers got together at the G7 Summit, to vote on the Going Direct Reset. The Covid-19 operation was part of this, and did a phenomenal job of massively consolidating capital into central control. From a financial standpoint, Covid-19 helped to balance the books. Major corporations were allowed to continue business, meanwhile other businesses, particularly small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), were deemed to be ‘inessential’. Covid-19 shut down a quarter of UK businesses. We witnessed a global wealth transfer of 3.3 trillion dollars from the working and middle classes to the ‘billionaire brigade’. Billions of pounds of taxpayers money went to pharmaceutical firms to produce vaccines. The response deployed dangerous elements of social control, and weaponised deception. Shock tactics were applied through the lockdowns using well-known military techniques for isolation, such as social distancing, to depattern the mind.
Covid and Vested Interests
These sinister techniques were deployed against the public in multiple countries – at the same time. These manipulations constitute forms of serious psychological abuse. Once the public realises this, there will be severe pushback against everything that happened. The general population cannot fathom that a small group could engineer this mass atrocity for ultimate control. In parallel, the UN has sought to increase the power of the World Health Organization (WHO) to unprecedented levels through amendments to its Pandemic Treaty, and the International Health Regulations. A key driver is its One Health Initiative and the One Health Joint Plan of Action (2022–2026). The WHO Director General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has unlimited influence over ‘pandemic’ policies; since it is financially backed by the pharmaceutical sector, this creates undeniable conflicts of interest.
WHO Pandemic Treaty
An audit assessment of the WHO 2022 accounts show that an eye-watering total revenue of $3.656 billion (84%) came from voluntary contributions. The top donors are the USA ($739m), Germany ($597m), and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation ($390m). People view the WHO as a benign organisation, but its biggest focus is on disease burdens where investors can extract a large amount of wealth, through emergency agendas, often false events. The WHO promotes vaccines and the “Immunisation Agenda 2030: A Global Strategy to Leave no one Behind”. The WHO Pandemic Treaty amounts to a business deal focused on the most profitable business: Pandemic Profiteering. By creating a supranational, self-perpetuating pandemic industry, it is possible to declare a public health emergency of international concern, which is hugely profitable.
Misinformation and Censorship
Meanwhile, the WHO has silenced criticism and dissent, and labelled alternate views as ‘misinformation’. Clues in diagnosing a centralization scam include: 1: a propagandised global crisis, 2: admitting only global solutions, 3: dissenting voices are viciously silenced. Klaus Schwab founded the WEF in 1971; his mentor was Henry Kissinger, a statesman and close confidante of the Rockefellers. The WEF has blossomed into an enormously influential organisation with powerful control: it is a partnership between global corporations, governments and NGOs. All major corporations are stakeholders or trustees involved in the UN Agenda 2030. The UK Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, is a long-term member of the Trilateral Commission. His allegiance to the globalists is clear. “I am determined to deliver growth and wealth…this can only be achieved by working in partnership with leading businesses, like BlackRock, to capitalise on the UK’s position as a world leading hub for investment”.
Manipulated Climate Crisis
The public are being manipulated: whether through forced woke ideologies, intrusive technologies, manufactured pandemics, censorship, or propagandised information. Your compliance is vital to the success of the ‘Agenda’. To impose global solutions, globalists need you to believe in ‘global problems’. Another huge hoax is climate change, as there is no climate emergency! The goal of climate change is to usher in a one-world government to control and impoverish. John Christy, a distinguished professor of atmospheric science, explains there is no basis for a climate crisis. Satellites monitoring the true global temperature show there has been a gradual rise of 1.5 degrees per century, which is certainly not a catastrophe. Carbon dioxide (CO2) accounts for only 0.04% of the Earth’s atmosphere.
Fake Crisis
Extremes of weather, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, droughts, are not increasing in intensity or frequency. The surface temperature datasets are constantly being adjusted upwards, and the true raw data is being obscured. The temperature readings, taken near RAF airport runways at military bases show artificially high readings because jets take off right by the recording equipment. Adequate levels of CO2 are vital for the planet’s natural environmental growth: plants flourish at concentration levels of 600 and 800 parts per million. During the ice ages, levels were below 300 ppm, which was a dangerous level as plants struggled to survive and the biosphere became less diverse and less able to support animal life. Hence, low CO2 levels are not good for the planet, as CO2 is the gas of life. When temperatures start to rise, the CO2 levels increase 500 to 1000 years later. In other words, the CO2 levels lag after the temperature changes. The claimed global warming owing to CO2 emissions is based on unreliable computer modeling data that presents the worst-case scenario. Where is the logic behind the UK’s decision to pledge £22 billion for carbon capture and storage technology in the net zero drive?
Net Zero Farce
The idea that you can remove 85% of the world’s energy, which comes from hydrocarbons within less than 30 years and replace it with sunbeams and wind is nonsensical. Nevertheless, Net Zero is enshrined in UK law, with the government passing the Climate Change Act in 2008. Its goal of 100% reduction in carbon emissions by 2050, from 1990 levels, was included later in a strategy document. Europe’s mad dash to adopt Net Zero is economic suicide, as companies are foerced to move to other countries such as USA or China, that still produce coal. Landscapes are being scarred by lithium mining to produce electric car batteries. How does the loss of thousands of square miles of farmland for vast solar parks meet the UN’s biodiversity goal?
Less Energy in Wind and Solar
Wind turbines not only blot the landscape but cause noise pollution and disrupt and kill wildlife in the air and on the ground. The proliferation of turbines and solar panels is at odds with protecting biodiversity. The economics simply don’t add up. For instance, mega turbines are being designed for offshore use in South West Wales. Locals in the area are trying to resist these plans, as a lot of destruction will be done in the guise of so-called benefit. Erecting 230-metre turbines requires heavy cranes and tonnes of steel and concrete to create the base, causing catastrophic damage to the area. We would need to triple the amount of renewables to cover our present electricity generation, which would require a 10-fold increase in the amount of renewable energy we are producing. The government reports grossly underestimate the costs, and ignore the need for back up in the absence of wind or sunshine. The claim that renewable energy will be cheaper has no substance, as the cost of production is considerably higher than the market price of electricity.
From Farmer to Pharma
The UK government‘s latest budget has multiplied these fears by reducing relief on inheritance tax, and unfairly penalising farmers. They are snatching away the next generation’s ability to carry on producing British food, and farmers are forced to sell land to pay the tax. It is extremely sad that the dairy and meat farming is so vilified. No farmers, No Food was set up by campaigners against untenable Net Zero and climate change policies. A lot of big corporations are offsetting their carbon and most farmers and dairy especially are having to record their carbon footprint on systems that are not fit for purpose. Farmers recycle carbon all the time: rotational farming allows the soil to recover from growing crops. Livestock are essential for grazing the grass and the fertilized soil is composted and reintroduces the fertility back into the land to produce the crops. Plans to remove livestock from the system, means you have no system. Despite this, farmers are subjected to carbon monitoring, and now their land is under threat. Since the mid-80s, we have gone from being 78% self-sufficient to around 54%. British farmers are being paid not to develop food in schemes such as the Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI), intent on farmers selling land, which will create food shortages.
UN-Sustainable Farming
Maybe these are questions for Ed Miliband, the UK’s Secretary of State for Energy and Security, and Net Zero. He has cleared the way for a huge solar park on private farmland in East Anglia, an area large enough to contain 1,745 football pitches! It is criminal to remove food-productive land and replace it with solar panels that are unrecyclable and are not productive in energy terms to feed the planet. All the essential things of life have all been declared scarce because things that are scarce can be controlled. We are rapidly moving towards this centralised food system, in which a tiny few corporate interests are in bed with totalitarian government and will dominate the food supply. Crucially, anything that is invented or altered can be patented. A huge amount of power and wealth comes from owning intellectual property. Farmers and farmland will be replaced by lab-engineer food in manufacturing plants. The pharmaceutical industry is taking over the food supply. They have complete control over people by switching real food to pharma food.
Local Councils: Being Controlled
Politicians are not being honest with the public. Local councils have been sucked in by the tentacles of global power. They have been encouraged to spend vast amounts of tax-payer money on climate schemes, such as ULEZ and Net Zero, without challenging the rationale. Local councils have taken these actions because they are part of, or are lobbied by, a network of Green Organizations. For example, organizations such as UK100, C40 Cities, Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy, require local authorities to sign pledges that say they are going to ban cars (petrol and diesel vehicles), make people vegetarian, they will restrict certain forms of trade faster than in required by national government. Democratic engagement at the local level is so weak, that voters’ decisions are completely outweighed by the influence of the Green network. One organization Climate Emergency UK has introduced score cards or league tables to compare the progress of all local councils: it brings both pressure and opportunity. Environmentalism creates the idea that the local councillor is a ‘planet saviour’, and organizations, such as UK100 indulge those people and give them a status. Such organizations, including UN Habitat, Futurearth, C40 Cities, ICLEI, IPCC, WCRP, are not grassroots initiatives. Civil society has been bought and organised around the interests of its billionaire philanthropists.
Mainstream Media: Controlled Narratives
Newspapers and television also consistently push the ‘threat’ of climate change. Chris Morrison (Environment Editor of the Daily Sceptic) explains that mainstream media exclude vast areas of climate science, such as all skeptical scientists. The BBC has done this for years, eliminating any other view other than the one they are promoting. They claim climate change is no longer politically controversial as there is “overwhelming consensus that humanity is causing global warming”. Journalists and broadcasters are schooled in the carbon climate doctrine by organisations such as the Carbon Literacy Project, which claims to have trained 1,000 BBC employees. Meanwhile Sky joined forces with the Behavioural Insights Team to produce this initiative: “The Power of TV: Nudging Viewers to Decarbonise their Lifestyles”. This agenda is to promote alarm, and induce governments to decarbonise. The organisation “Covering Climate Now” is a nonprofit member organisation, with a mission to promote the climate change catastrophic narrative. They will not allow anything to be broadcast or written counter to this view. Among the 500-plus news and media partners on the Covering Climate Now are Reuters, Bloomberg, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, NBC, Channel 4 News, The Guardian, The Daily Mirror and the Lancet, as well as several British Universities. The Funders of Covering Climate Now include the Rockefellers and One Earth Fund. Mainstream media usually report only one side of a story and are in the pockets of the controllers. Invariably, money from private organisations will come with vested interests.
Sir David Attenborough warns: “disasters continuing to afflict the natural world have one element that connects them all: the unprecedented increase in the number of human beings on the planet”. A chilling reality is that children are being brainwashed to believe they are a scourge on the planet. The indoctrination is evidenced across learning curriculums. An assessment of secondary school textbooks is hugely disturbing. There is an unqualified acceptance of climate change, the wonders of vaccines, and genetically modified foods. If students do not mention climate change in exams, they are unlikely to gain top marks. Many parents are concerned at the growing trend of woke ideology and gender politics. Language carries many meanings and messages and schools are encouraging social transitioning, which is not a neutral act.
Anti-Humanism
Net Zero, climate change, lockdowns, and population control are all deep-rooted in anti-humanism, which is the rejection of the belief in the essential nature and rights of human beings. With Sir David Attenborough popularising that humans are scum of the earth, with quotes such as “humans are a plague on the Earth that need to be controlled by limiting population growth – this is a sad reflection of the state of our society. We must stand up to tyranny. We can and must fight for the things that truly matter, including the personal freedoms we would like to experience. We should not be bullied nor should we accept the influences of those who are fixated on splitting our society. Perhaps we should start by remembering how creative we can be and limit our reliance on technology that enslaves us. We have no option but to stand against this evil for the sake of our children and humanity. Truth, transparency and living in a free society are vital to eliminating this transhumanist dystopia. Truth is the weapon for free people.
5G: Ultimate Surveillance, Control and Enslavement
Smart Cities and ULEZ cameras are an extension of the transhumanist agenda: an integral component to control humanity through an intricate surveillance grid. Many might be curious about how the surveillance grid operates. Transport for London (TfL) ULEZ cameras claim to monitor speeding motorists. In reality, TfL equipment is a refinement of 5G telemetry down to the mesoscopic (nano) level. All TfL Fusion Technology ULEZ cameras contain 5G radar and lidar radiation-emitting technology. 5G is an electromagnetic weapon that involves the telemetric scanning and backhaul of data to an AI-analysing computer. Most people contain metal particulates from injections used since 2017, and dental anaesthesia, as well as other metal medical devices. Furthermore, metal particles in chemtrails, and toxin-laden foods contain nanoparticulates that act as receivers to 5G electromagnetic fields (EMFs). The collimated signals at the microwave and infrared frequency ranges in TfL cameras can significantly damage both human physiology and consciousness. The weaponry used in 5G Fusion technology causes interference with the natural human system causing disease, infertility and death; survivors will be under 100% surveillance control.
